The Annual General Meeting will be held in the RSL Hall on Thursday 28 September at 10.00am. At
the conclusion there will be a sausage sizzle and a chance to socialise with other members.

Our guest speaker will be Dr Roy Hardman and his topic is The Aging Brain. Dr Hardman is a cognitive
neuroscientist from the Centre for Mental Health and Brain Sciences Swinburne University and his
research has focused on diet and brain health, in particular the Mediterranean style of diet.
